Here's some 'food for thought' for ya.
I have a theory that if you were to eat the same things each and every day, you’d end up losing weight naturally. Your body would just get immune to the thing(s) that you’re eating and your metabolism will get used to the calories earlier and earlier. Just look at that guy who ate Christmas dinner each and every day for a whole year of his life, he was a skinny fucker.
